These are contract positions (initially 6 months) working for a very diverse and successful company who are market leaders in many of the fields in which they operate. They have 40 plus sites in the UK and operate around the world. These roles are based at their manufacturing site in north west. Working on a rotating 3 shift system, you will work on their Injection Moulding process. This is a hands on role, in which you will take resposibility for your team of 9 workers. You should be familiary with the principles of Lean manufacturing and 5s to ensure the smooth, clean, efficient and above all safe functioning of the team. At this highly automated site, you will be working with robot machines.

Successful candidates will be hard workers with high attention to detail, experience of working with robot machinery. As group leader, you will be a responsible person who can obeserve, help and coach others to ensure the safe and efficient working of the team.
